Verified residentReview source: verified residentI love that they were an easy apartment complex to get into they did not organize my bad credit, all they cared about were no evictions on my record and any outstanding utility bills that needed to be paid. That was really good for me because I've had a rough couple years and really needed somewhere to go, and they were able to provide that for me. I also enjoy the fact that renters insurance and internet and cable are included in the rent so that makes two less bills that I have to think about paying, and the rent itself is fairly reasonably priced for what is a spacious and nice apartment that holds my small little family really well.
