Application Process and Requirements:

-Your total combined gross monthly income must be a minimum 3x rent amount ($2,100/month). Proof of income required.

-Credit check. No credit score requirement. $700 rent + your recurring monthly payments (credit cards, student loans, car payments, etc) cannot be more than 50% of your gross monthly income.

-Background check.

-Copy of state issued photo ID / drivers license.

-2 years of rental references

-Application will be denied if previous property manager/owner cannot be contacted by Southbound Enterprises.

-Previous property manager-tenant complaints filed result in denied application.

-No smoking, no Sec 8.

-First month's rent required along with security deposit ($1,400 total) to move in.
