City Guide for Fullerton, PA

Rich in railroad and manufacturing history, Fullerton is named after James W. Fuller, Jr. who owned railroad car wheel factories and kept the town full of industry.

Essentially, Fullerton is a neighborhood of the Whitehall Township, but it is officially deemed a census-designated place, or CDP for short. (This is about the same as referring to Snooki as an author and reality television personality instead of a celebrity, but without the negativity.) Located in Lehigh County and bordered on the east by the Lehigh River, this area has a long history typical of the northeast. Fullerton received its current name in 1895, and the slightly over three-and-a-half square miles have answered to that name ever since. View Fullerton City Guide

What to keep in mind when looking for condos in Fullerton, PA

Finding condos for rent in Fullerton is almost no different than renting an apartment in a big complex. The real difference is the ownership. Condos are owned by individuals within the same building. However, apartments in a large complex are owned by a single landlord or property management group.

Sometimes the price of condos in Fullerton may prove cheaper. The owners are often moving onto a new home or leaving the city and just need someone to cover the costs. Apartment complexes are designed to deal with tenant issues, make repairs, and care for the property. Condo owners will still deal with repairs and upkeep but may need more time to address a problem, especially if they don’t live nearby. However, condo owners have a more vested interest in the property and keeping their tenants happy to reduce turnover.

Choose the best condos for rent in Fullerton that meet your wishlist for budget, amenities, and layout. You probably won’t notice the difference between the condos and apartments you tour.
