This apartment building is located in Carnegie and conveniently located close to bus lines and centrally located, close to 79, downtown Pittsburgh and close to main street with local shopping and restaurants. This is a four unit apartment building. All units are 2 bedroom / 1 bath with a living room, and fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge. The backyard is shared with all the tenants. Street parking is available.

**We allow small pets with a $450 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $25/month pet fee.
**Tenants are responsible for lawncare and snow removal.
