An open house will be available on August 3rd and 4th from 10 am to 6 pm as we are prepping the property for the next tenant. The move-in date is Aug 7, 2022. The home has central air/heat with filters provided(with a window unit upstairs), well water with filters provided, and a septic to keep your utilities low. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with one being a pass-through bedroom leading to another bedroom which was previously set up as a nursery, bedroom, and/ or spare room. There is a walk-in closet upstairs with additional closets. Tons of storage space and a clean and bright open floorplan. The basement is huge and currently set up with a sectional, gym area, and laundry. All appliances, including the washer and dryer, are included and mostly furnished if needed. Lawncare is included. Pets with a full shot record, local licenses, and non-aggressive with no bite history are considered with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300 and a monthly pet fee of $25 for each pet with a maximum of 2. No cats please * I apologize but the Insurance company has stated no Rottweiler's Pit Bulls, or Dobermans, I love them too, sorry. Rental Insurance must also be provided prior to moving in.
