Application Process and Requirements:

-$30 application fee per person over 18 occupying home. Payable by: Online Applicant Portal (preferred), personal check, money order.

-Your total combined gross monthly income must be a minimum 3x rent amount ($5,850/month). Proof of income required.

-Credit check. No credit score requirement. $1950 rent + your recurring monthly payments (credit cards, student loans, car payments, etc) cannot be more than 50% of your gross monthly income.

-Background check.

-Copy of state issued photo ID / drivers license.

-2 years of landlord rental references.

-Application will be denied if previous landlord(s) cannot be contacted by Southbound Enterprises.

-Previous landlord-tenant complaints filed result in denied application.

-No smoking, no pets, no Section 8.

-First month's rent required along with security deposit ($3900 total) to move in.
