“Location has easy access to major restaurants and fast food locations. Also, very close to the strip and Freemont St. Twain Estates has only a pool for residents, no other amenities are offered. The front office staff and maintenance personnel are amazing. They are very responsible and are always willing to go above and beyond to help you. They are fast and efficient to fix any problems that may arise. When it comes to noise it is only due to a major street with heavy traffic throughout the day. Apartments are very beautiful and cleaned to guest expectations. Overall I give Twain Estates 8 out of 10.”
“Everyone in the office was most helpful on nice in day, the apartment was clean and ready to go. I had one small request a week later and it was taken care of in less than 24 hours. My neighbors are nice and it's surprisingly quiet. Great staff.”

“Living at The Tides has been great, I love my apartment and the only down side was I did not get to enjoy the pool in summer as it was only open very little before it was closed again. Other than that, everything is good.”
