Rent includes water/sewer, trash collection, snowplowed driveway and parking area, designated off-street parking spot(s),
Tenant pays electricity and heat (propane).
Property includes laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Backyard where you can put your BBQ/hibachi, etc.
Process:

2. If those referrals work out, we'll schedule a viewing.
3. After viewing, if you confirm you want to rent it, you can authorize the background check, which is $55.
4. If that works out, we'll schedule a time to meet, sign the lease agreement, pay the security deposit and first month's rent, and get keys.
