Your first question when Googling Murraysville very well may be, is it Murraysville or Murrayville? Well, it's both. Actually, the town is known as Murraysville, while there is a Murrayville Road running through it.
Regardless of whether this CDP outside of Wilmington, NC includes the "s" or not, it's a fabulous place to set up shop. Close to the Atlantic Ocean, flush with green open spaces and sporting speedy commute times, this paradisiacal neighborhood promises contentment to all who enter, assuming they have a love for driving. If that's not enough to pry you off the couch and start packing boxes, maybe the lovely weather, luxurious assortment of rental places and warm southern culture will finally do the trick. One note of caution: there aren't a lot of shops, markets or amenities nearby. Wilmington is close though, and it's got goodies and a small-town feel. You can continue enjoying your big backyard and five-minute drive to the beach. See more
Finding an apartment in Murraysville that accepts your pet may not be easy, but it’s very possible. Keep in mind, most of the time you’ll have to pay a premium for bringing your dog along in your new apartment. Some apartments require you to pay monthly pet rent, others will ask for a non-refundable pet fee or a refundable pet deposit.
While landlords and property management companies have varying pet policies, most of them limit the number of dogs you can bring to your apartment and include breed and weight restrictions.
If your pet falls under some of the restrictions outlined in the pet policy, it’s still worth asking the landlord if they can make an exception for your dog. Preparing a pet resume ahead of time could help you build the case for your furry friend. Make sure to include information on behavioral training your dog went through over the years and proof of vaccinations. If you can, include references from your former landlord and/or neighbors.
