We strongly recommend that you deal directly with Citizen for these connections, as they are familiar with our requirements for satellite dish and cable line placement, and not following these guidelines could result in additional charges on move-out. Deposit Installment Program: Pro X is now offering a Deposit Installment Program for eligible residents. The program allows residents to finance the total deposit over a 12-month lease. We know moving can be expensive. We want to help eliminate some of the burden. There is a $25 monthly administration fee for this program. Deposit charge is payable with the monthly rent amount and is subject to late fees.
