(Lawn to be mowed is limited to the immediate area surrounding the home due to the size of the property.) *The owner reserves the right-side bay for their personal use. *Two indoor cats are okay upon the owner approval. *Lease from February 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027. No extensions past that time. *No Smoking. *No growing or cultivation of Marijuana of any kind on the property. No Smoking. Background and credit checks are required. $65 Application per adult (everyone over 18 must apply!) $150 Admin Fee and security deposit due at the time of approval. $19 tenant benefit package billed monthly. Non refundable pet fees per pet will be due after lease signing. Three times rent for income. No evictions or bankruptcies in the past 5 years. Applications must be 100% completed by all applicants and cosigners to be processed. The lease must be fully executed by the tenant within 48 hours of receiving it.
