This property may look small from the front, but actually is very spacious inside, with a formal living, formal dining, and a large open kitchen. Located just a couple of miles from I-220 right off the Dixie Inn exit. Very big yard. Laminate flooring. 3 full bedrooms and 1 bathroom with tub and shower combo. Broken windowpanes will be replaced prior to any new occupancy.

Application fee is $60 per adult over the age of 18 that will be living in the home (waived Application fee for active-duty military). Screening will be completed by RE/MAX. Owner will have final approval.
