Once your application is received, you will be sent a screening link to complete the $35 screening fee. Applications are reviewed upon completion of screening.

Applicants should have a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent. We welcome Section 8 applicants, and voucher amounts should be included as part of your total monthly income. Applicants should also have no evictions within the past five years.

If approved, a security deposit will be required. Once the deposit is received, the property will be removed from the market and held for you.
