Application Process:

Schedule a showing online at www.ppm.dickersonnieman.com. After the showing, you may submit an application if you wish to move forward. All occupants over the age of 18 are required to apply. Once your application is received, you will be sent a screening link to complete the $35 screening fee. Applications are reviewed upon completion of screening.

Applicants should have a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent. We welcome Section 8 applicants, and voucher amounts should be included as part of your total monthly income. Applicants should also have no evictions within the past five years.

If approved, a security deposit will be required. Once the deposit is received, the property will be removed from the market and held for you.
