Enjoy the newly updated kitchen and the open large living room with beautiful wooden-style flooring. This home offers both comfort and functionality.

PLEASE NOTE: This home shares a driveway with another home. This is the home in the back (further down the driveway).

We are pet-friendly! We do require a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee (covers up to 2 pets) due prior to move in, and $25-50/pet/mo pet rent.

There is a $125/mo utility fee that covers electric, gas, water, sewer, and garbage at the home.

Move-in amount required:
- $765 Security deposit
- $765 1 full months rent (including $125 utility fee)
- $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee (if applicable) + $50/pet monthly pet rent
- $1530 total ($1880 with 1 pet)

Minimum Screening Requirements:
- Anyone 18+ who will be living at the property must complete an application
- Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
- Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent (If you have a Housing Voucher, income must be 3x the rent that you are responsible for paying). All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
- Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
- Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
- Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life.
- A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
- Applicant must be a non-smoker.
- Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
