We also offer the option to enroll in Rentistry, a service that reports rental payments to help build credit for just $8/month.

Pets are welcome (up to 1). A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $450 to $800 per pet is required, along with monthly pet rent of $40 to $75, depending on the results of the pet screening.
