Proof of Income Please upload proof of income from every person contributing to the household income. Proof of income can be provided in the form of (one or the other, not all): - Copies of your paycheck stubs – last 2-3 most recent stubs - Copies of your bank statement – one month, most recent statement - Copies of your tax returns/documents – last year’s returns Please provide the required documents to verify your income. Pet Screening Every applicant must complete the pet screening profile whether you have a pet or not. We will send you a link once your application is complete. Qualification Requirements: - Completed application(s) along with the required income documentation. - A credit score should be 650 or higher. - A valid photo ID (Driver License, Passport, Real ID, Resident Alien Card) - Good/positive rental history. - Sufficient income.
