TENANT RESPONSIBILITES:
Tenant pays all utilities. South Jordan City utilities will be billed back to the ledger each month. Tenant responsible for getting gas and electric in their name. Proof required prior to gaining access to the home.
PET POLICY:
Pets considered with additional non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet fee (both per pet - up to 2). Costs depend on pet details. If applicable, please inquire.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE UNIT OR ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES.
APPLICATION PROCESS/CRITERIA:
- $40 fee per adult 18+.
- Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.
- Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).
- Will require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).
- Will be required to provide copy of Driver's License, State ID, or Passport (all applicants)
