This is a huge 6 room (approx. 1500 Sq. Ft) rental in the avenues We are 2 Entertainment Producers open minded friendly that live and work out of our home. We have a huge 2 BR, living room, office/den/2nd bedroom, kitchen, screened porch, large full bath and kitchen with original Butlers Pantry. There is a shared and fenced Private Garden off the back stairs, perfect people and doggies. Garden is shared with owners and tenants and includes Greenhouse, Fire Pit, Outdoor summer shower and gas BBQ. Plenty of on street parking directly in front of the house.

Gaze at Downtown and Wasatch Mountain views from many locations on the property. There is an antique ornate walnut and tile non working fireplace in living room. Vintage carpets and new painted walls with both painted and gorgeous non-painted trim boards. Pets are possible depending on situation. No smoking in household but ok outside in the back garden.

Amenities include 5-minute drive to downtown and the U; you can ride your bike to work and Smiths Market, State Liquor Store, Restaurants, Cleaners one block away. 15 minutes to the Airport. 5 minutes to the Broadway Movie Theater. Walk or ride your bike to work downtown.

There is currently no laundry in the flat but there is possible shared Laundry on site. The Wash Board, a cute responsible and Pop clean Laundromat is on F Street between 1St and 2nd Aves. Is literally 4 blocks away and they do fluff and fold with pick up and delivery as well! There is Henris Dry Cleaners next to Smiths only 1/2 block from the house.

Flat Pricing Details:
$1600 (single person)
$1700 (a couple or 2 single persons)
$1950 (single person and a couple)

UTILITIES: All utilities are included as follows, gas, heating, window AC, water, curbside garbage, curbside recycling, basic Xfinity cable in LR, Xfinity wireless Hi Speed Internet, yard care and winter snow removal. (Tenant will pay electric directly to RMP).
PETS: Additional $500 per NR Pet Deposit depending on type and size of animal.

Move in Costs: First, Last and $500 Non Refundable Security Deposit and $500 Refundable cleaning deposit (and $500 Non Refundable pet deposit if applicable).

Terms: One or Two Year Lease with an option for renewal TBD between tenant and Landlord.

Credit check MAY BE required. Mandatory Credit Score. INFO & pre viewing questionnaire and applicationsor call or text 0r the office. Phone Interview and or Questionnaire required prior to any on site viewings. Landlord must give current tenants 24-hour notice prior to any showings.
