Upon entering you'll find both bedrooms on the first floor. Upstairs you will find the living room, dining room, updated kitchen, a powder room and the laundry closet. There is a balcony upstairs off the living room as well. Towels, sheets and toiletries in the photos are not included in this rental. No pets permitted. Tenant is responsible for electricity and any upgrades to the included basic cable/internet package. Security deposit due at lease signing. Application fees are non-refundable.
