The Room and House:
Relax at our sunny private room in our newly renovated 19th Century Townhouse. Super clean and thoughtfully decorated the room boost a new 12 inch mattress and fresh linens. The space is bright and peaceful with a shared full bath on the same floor. Clean towels and linens are provided for all guests and changed weekly during long-term stays.

Neighborhood:
East Flatbush is a colorful neighborhood with loads of culture and Caribbean flavor. If food is your thing then you are in the right place! You can find every type of West Indian food from Trinidadian, Haitian, Jamaican to friendly, friendly and just some quick pizza or BK.

Location & Transportation:
Explore all the amazing wonders that Brooklyn and Manhattan have to offer with the 2/5 subway lines just 4 short blocks away. Brooklyns famed Barclays Center, BAM and the Brooklyn Museum are just 10 minutes away. You can also reach several Manhattan locations in about 25 mins.

Maximum Occupancy enforced as follows:
Double Room (2 persons max)
Single Room ( max)
No additional persons allowed other then guests listed on reservation.

No smoking (of any kind) inside the property and/or in the rooms. You may smoke on the front porch.

Please turn off all lights, a/c units and tvs when leaving the property.

For all of our safety, please lock the entrance door immediately after entering and leaving the building.

Please dispose of any food/perishable garbage in the large black container inside the waste closet.

For early departures, please leave the key behind the door on the coat rack.

Please watch noise/sound levels and be respectful of other guests
