6.Complete application and upload required documents.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION To Be uploaded:
1.Copy of Valid Driver's License, Military ID or State ID.
2.Copy of 30 days - most recent pay stubs. Income qualification is 3x monthly rent gross income.
3. Proof of Other Income (SSI, Child Support, Etc.) if applicable.
4. If you are Self Employed, provide copies of the last 2 most recent tax returns.
5. Any past evictions, negative rental history, or past due utilities can be grounds for denial.
6.If pets APPROVED for this property, upload shot records, county registration records and proof your renters insurance covers your pet, a statement certifying your pet has no bite history or aggressive behavior and photo of pet(s). Pet fee is $500 per approved pet and is non-refundable.

If unable to verify employment and/or rental history within 2 business days of requesting, application will be denied. *You may attach additional supporting documentation when submitting completed applications.

First 3 fully executed applications submitted will be accepted. The best qualified applicant will be selected.
