If you want to travel far away, the closest airport is the Louis Armstrong international airport in the New Orleans. But you don't have to fly away from New Orleans, cause there's plenty to do! Visit the Abita Brewing Company, which is 42 miles away from town, or one of the many bars on always-hopping Bourbon street and the French Quarter. If you're an animal-lover, you'll want to visit the Audubon Zoo. With more than 200 animals and an area of 23 hectares, the Audubon Zoo is a great way to see wild animals, play in a splash park, or catch an IMAX movie. Of course there are endless things to do in Downtown New Orleans, so take in all the sights, sounds, smells -- and, of course, tastes. It's hard to run out of things to do on the Bayou!
