When I put in maintenance request they are never done and they mark them as completed. They let me move into an apartment where the door has been kicked in and it split in half. They put metal on the door to hold it close. I told them I needed pest control. That came but did do nothing and said that it’s the maintenance guy problem. The shower head and spout come on at the same time . The water in the building comes out yellowish brown. They can not control the renters with their music late at night. The laundry rooms don’t work so I have to go else where to wash my clothes. I asked if they can move me to another apartment since my upstairs neighbors cannot keep their music down and I work all the time. The vents need to be cleaned out but I was told that they do not do that. The vents are so nasty. Not only that whoever did the electric work didn’t do it right since the maintenance men had to come in my apartment to fix someone else’s electric problem. Shall I go on. Not only that when I asked to see the apartment before I moved in I was never shown it which I knew was a red flag from the start. Everyone in the office wants to be the boss.
