Pets allowed but must be registered & approved through petscreening.com - this is part of the application process. $350 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Monthly pet fee, per pet, will range from $35-$75 based on pet screening results. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Utility fee of $80 added to rent for water, which stays in the owners name. This is assessed quarterly for alignment with usage. Security deposit, pet deposits, 1 full month's rent, proof of renters insurance & utilities in resident name all required prior to move in. Tenants will be charged $45/month to cover annual lawn care expenses instead of having to manage lawn care yourself. Applications are reviewed M-F during business hours only. All leases are for a 12-month period.
