Two additional bedrooms and a sitting room are on the upper level (furnished with two sets of twin beds and a full-size bed). The remodeled kitchen includes newer cabinets, silestone counters, and a farmhouse sink. The unfinished basement includes a laundry area, a workshop, and room for storage. The electrical and plumbing has been updated throughout house. The home is just four blocks from Georgetown's historic business district with restaurants and shops. Ski resorts are nearby, including Loveland Ski Resort within 20 minutes from the home!
