This property is unfurnished. Up to two (2) pets negotiable. Dogs must be under 100lbs each per HOA rules. An additional monthly pet fee and pet deposit will apply if approved. Security deposit equivalent to 100% a full month's rent and monthly fees is required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. There is a monthly $50 HOA reimbursement fee due with rent.
