Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We are located at 420 N. Court Street, Visalia and 288 N. Second St, Porterville. You are more than welcome to come into our office and check out keys to view the unit if interested. We require a refundable $20 cash key deposit as well as copy of our ID. Be sure to bring the following if you would also like to fill out an application:
1. Valid Driver's License or ID
2. Proof of Income
3. Social Security Card
