Winters are mild, but not without some of the white stuff, averaging about four inches of snow per year.

In addition to all the chain restaurants you expect, Morrilton boasts some local grub, such as the Rock River Grill. The nearby rivers and mountains offer a variety of outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, boating, fishing, and climbing.
