In the center of Weston, WV, we have a large family home available for rent. This house is full of lots of beautiful woodwork from the early 1900s. It has 2,300 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 full baths, an office space, foyer, and dining room area. The unit has a mixture of central heat and AC and some window units for additional cooling. The unit has stackable laundry, a dishwasher, fridge, and oven. The rent is $1,250 with a $1,250 security deposit (not including utilities). We will accept approved pets. However, the pets will have additional fees due to the risk for damage they could cause to the property. A $300.00 non-refundable deposit will be required for the first pet accepted. Any additional pets will have an additional $150.00 non-refundable deposit for the protection of the possible damages caused by the pets. Each animal will have a $50.00 rent fee per month on top of the non-refundable deposit. This unit comes with a parking spot that could fit two cars (one behind the other). We require all interested tenants to complete a background check through the avail website. We do not get any of the money spent for the background check. Your background check gives us additional information to better select the best tenant candidate for the home. The home will be available May 1st.
