- We welcome a maximum of one dog or two cats per household. You can have a dog and cat in the same household. There is no weight limit. $200 deposit ($100 refundable/$100 non-refundable) $35/month fee. Breed restrictions: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler, German Shepherds Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Malamutes, Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. No breeds mixed with the above are allowed. Management reserves the right to refuse/change breed restrictions.
