Did you know a 71-year old woman from Plover, Wisconsin beat the Guinness World Record for holding the longest plank position. Betty Lou, also known as the Super-Gran, held the position for 36 minutes and 58 seconds, beating the previous record of 33 minutes and 40 seconds.
Plover is a village of Portage County and is located near the center of the State of Wisconsin. It has had a population growth since 2010 -- however, it's still tiny, since the city now has just over 12,000 residents. despite its small population, it has a relatively big size. It has 10.78 square miles of area, of which 10.35 square miles is land and 0.43 square miles is water. It has a slightly high population density of more than 1,000 people per square mile. Although the numbers are slightly high, it is still not as densely populated as other cities in the US which have more than 3,000 residents per square mile. See more
