Rental Requirements:
1. Income requirements: All applicants combined GROSS income must be at least 2x the monthly rent
-A month of paystubs or other income verification must be provided
2. Absolutely NO evictions in last 5 years (May consider evictions over 5 years with higher security deposit)
3. Good rental references from previous landlord
4. Pass a Background Check
5. Pets will be considered for additional $50/month rent per pet and an additional flat $500 refundable pet deposit for any pets. Some breed restrictions apply, including those that shed.
