Very nice and comfortable three bedroom, two bath home with over 1450 sq ft of living space. Full sized kitchen equipped with kitchenware and with plenty of counter and cabinet space plus a nice glasstop stove and dishwasher. Washer and dryer for free use and a dining table area right off of the kitchen. Nice sized office area with hardline Internet access plus WIFI throughout. Comfortable living room with a leather couch/loveseat set, beautiful fireplace, and large screen TV with a DVD player and DIRECTV service. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo while the master bath has a shower only; both have ample storage space. The first bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. The second bedroom had a queen bed and large closet. The master bedroom has a queen bed, entertainment center holding a TV and DVD player, a large friendly armoire for extra storage and a large closet. Linens are provided and there is plenty of storage space throughout the house. There is fully fenced back patio yard and larger fully fenced side yard, great for children or pets. It is in a nice neighborhood in a great area of Kennewick close to the mall, theaters, restaurants, and more. This home is also in an excellent school district and a great choice for . That combined with the fact that all utilities are included and its owner managed and maintained, this home is a good option for longer-term stays for at about $2100/month. Easy commute distance to any of the Tri-Cities, Kennewick, Pasco, or Richland. We are an excellent alternative to corporate housing, hotels, or regular vacation rentals. When youre in town too long to stand a hotel and too short to justify an apartment lease, were the best option. We cater to guests who are here on varying lengths of job-contracts or who are in the middle of relocating.
