Application: When filling out the application, please fill out all information requested including the following (check this list before you submit): Names of persons who will live at the unit with you. Names of frequent visitors (anyone that may stay over more than 10 nights during your lease). Addresses for the previous 3 years, w/contact info for landlord or manager. Current employer(s) contact info. Info on any other income source. Info on previous bankruptcy filings. Info on previous eviction filings. Info on previous criminal charges (except minor traffic violations). What animals you own. What vehicles you own along with their tag number. If you have ever broken a lease and if so why? If you have checking and savings accounts. Credit references. Emergency contact information (name, phone, address, and email).
