The only issue I have is some residents don't follow the trash pickup. Trash cans are never put inside at the required time. The entrance way could be a little cleaner or if possible pressure washed.

There are so many roaches here I’ve never had roaches and they don’t do anything to solve the problem. People park in handicapped when they don’t have a sticker or in your assigned parking place. Towing not enforced
