Renters love it here
Neighbors were very loud partying on a weeknight. Authorities were called. My A/C went down 2 months after we moved in. They installed a portable unit which did not cool the entire apt unit. Temp was 80 degrees at night and over 88 during the day. It took over a month to remedy the problem. A new unit was finally installed when I mentioned I'd be contacting the corporate office. From what I understand there were approximately 5 other Apts. having the exact same problem. This incident was unacceptable. Management needs to own up and accept responsibility for these issues and make it right for all involved.
