Verified residentReview source: verified residentwe had some issues with the people that lived below us since they kept banging on their roof. they scared my kids and my wife would be scared enough to call me and have me leave from work to make sure nothing happened. We reported them to management. they said we could not move to a different level since it is an issue that they can resolve. I soon found out from them that the people that lived below us had 5 warnings. management still did not do a thing. They think that they are making a different or even doing something for the issue when in fact they have no control or balls to fix the problem. apartments are great, management is horrible unless it has to do with paying for something. Not kid friendly, atleast with my experience.
