I moved in November 20 24 the Maintance men and myself looked at the microwave and determined that it was broken. One of the maintenance men said it was not broken so I never got a new one and it makes a beeping sound all the time I have to unplug it all the time. I put in a request three times and no one has seen that I get a new microwave. this is a part of the amenities that I am paying for and I’m not getting the service that I’m paying for. I had roaches in my apartment the manager, Olivi she’s great, but the roads are still here. They came out and sprayed three times and I’m still getting roaches. This is very unsanitary to live with roaches. They carry lots of diseases and then once staggering situation happened they really hurt me. I registered my car and I went to the office on Good Friday and they were closed to register. My car was not my fault with no one‘s fault I get up Monday morning to go to work and my car has been towed. I asked the office if they could call the tow office and to have my car returned to me with no fee but they said it wasn’t their fault so I was out of $350 which I don’t have and I think I should’ve been given a chance of the situation. The tow company knows that my car sitting there and it has been sitting there and I think that’s very selfish and just trying to make money. I follow the rules as much as I can, but that just kind of just harden me so that is why I get the rating of what I did.

Rough people, poor maintenance,
