Maintenance seems to take a tad longer than other properties I’ve lived and the noise levels from the apartment above and next to me seems to be next level compared to previous properties as well.

There is a non-refundable pet fee and deposit for each approved animal. A pet addendum is required and needs to be up to date at all times. Animals used as disability assistance are not considered as pets under this policy. No exotic pets. No fish tanks larger than 10 gallons are allowed on upper floors.
