The complex is undergoing some changes. But i have had a few issues that require maintenance and they are really slow to react. The manger acts like he is always so busy. I have tried speaking with him on occassion and he ducks through the buildings or tells you he can’t talk. He spends a lot of tume it seems taking care of himself and not the property. I had a leak from the apartment above and i informed them they took a week to come by with me going to ask them to come by everyday of that week. It’s so much more i ciuld say but i think that is enough.
