Very good staff and maintenance. Some amenities hard to understand. How to raise and lower blinds without controls escapes me, so we use them the way we found them. Nagging from the pet people is nuts. We have no pets, nor any plan to get any, yet your pet people ask questions that are - in that case - unanswerable, because the premise of the questions is that we HAVE a pet. ??? And they nag. Staff is a bunch of very accomodating, pleasant people. You should trust them enough to actually handle rent payments, as I (and probably others, but I do not speak for any of them) am not comfortable with outside access to my bank account. Yeah, I know it is secure. A few days ago, the entire country was offline with a computer 'temporary glitch' so how secure is that? I'm old, so not really into the computer control of my life and liberty. I know, nothing is perfect. We DO like it here! And if I didn't mention it before, the staff is really great. F. P. Leuck
