Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe AC in my unit was broken upon move in and it took them 20 days to fix it in temperatures of upwards of 115. Even the city came to inspect and gave them notice which they ignored. Most apartments here have broken AC. They have completely ignored by plea for them to fix the front door which is broken, my shower only has hot water, there’s an ant infestation, the ceiling by the AC is open and the machinery exposed. There’s no light on the building so at night I gave up turn on my flashlight to see my door.
