The front door opens to an open living/dining room with two bedrooms off of this space. There is one bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). Heat comes from a warm gas heater and there is an AC in the kitchen to keep the place cool in the summer.
There is a laundry room, shared with one unit on the other side of the duplex. There is also a shared carport for shade, which is helpful in the winter months. Close neighbors who provide a community feel for safety.
