The amenities are broken or out of service more often than I’ve experienced anywhere else, the location is dangerous and multiple thefts, damaged property (cars) and lingering people outside are frequent. The management is incredibly dismissive and frankly unhelpful and rude at times regardless of the issue.

Paying for parking is not ideal. Having to come let guest in the side entrances is also a big inconvenience. A fob for the doors would help with gaining access while carrying groceries. Other than that it’s a great place to live!
