Preferred Management Services, Inc. was founded in 1996. What began as ownership of an 84-unit property has grown to almost 1,200 units today. Our eight communities range in size from a 35-unit building to a complex with over 250 units. We only manage the properties we own. This not only eliminates much of the bureaucratic red tape that comes along with property management, but allows for a deeper personal investment in and relationship with each of our tenants.
