“I think they are a bit more expensive. I don't use the amenities but I know of them. Huge dog park for an apartment. Never had to really deal yet with management. Will see how that goes when I move out. Had one maintance issue and it was resolved promptly. Not to far from my work and you get a garage and internet with the unit. Overall pretty satisfied so far.”
