Off the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with an additional room to use as a home office. The primary bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. House has electric baseboards, heat pumps and A/C, along with a gas stove and dryer. One off-street parking space available in driveway with additional space close by. Dogs welcome! Internet, gas, and water/sewer included. Heat/electric included up to $600/month. First, last security due upon signing. No smoking. No events or parties.
