OPTIONAL Resident Benefits Package - $30/month. Unlike many rental companies, 316 Rentals does not require a resident benefits package. Your lease includes our Resident Benefits Package unless you opt out, and opting out is as simple as answering one question on your application. It won't affect your approval. For $30/month you get HVAC air filters delivered to your door about every 90 days, credit building that reports your on-time rent payments, rewards for paying rent on time, and a move-in concierge that helps set up your utilities and home services in one place. We think it's a great deal, but the choice is yours.
