Verified residentReview source: verified residentRent is cheap, for a reason. MMy unitMy unit was filthy when I moved in. Nothing works, and I can’t imagine how anything is up to code. Water leaks, faulty electrical work, bowing deck…and nothing is ever addressed or fixed, or at least taken accountability for. The halls smell like animal urine and marijuana. Sheriffs are here several times every day but tenants are never alerted and the door to our building just no longer has a lock. I am a single mom with three kids and I do not feel safe here.
